Terms of Service

Practical terms for evaluating and using GoConference as your connected event operations platform.

This page is provided as a practical starting point and should be reviewed by legal counsel before being relied on as legal advice.

Use of the platform

GoConference is provided to help event teams manage public event pages, registration, sponsors, attendee experience, check-in, communications, and reporting. You are responsible for using the platform lawfully and for providing accurate event information.

Implementation scope

GoConference is currently offered as a consultative implementation. The modules, configuration, integrations, timelines, and responsibilities for a specific event should be confirmed in a written proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

Content and event data

You remain responsible for the event content, attendee data, sponsor information, ticketing information, and communications you provide or approve for use in the platform.

Third-party services

Some implementations may rely on third-party services for hosting, email, analytics, payments, or other operational needs. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Changes and availability

We may update the platform, features, or service terms over time. We aim to provide reliable service, but availability may depend on infrastructure, integrations, event configuration, and operational constraints.
